ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Rain delay in the dome.

The game between the Detroit Tigers and Tampa Bay Rays has started after a 20-minute delay because of a weather-related problem with the lights at Tropicana Field.

The stadium lights for the domed playing field went out about 15 minutes before the scheduled 7:10 p.m. first pitch Tuesday night. The Rays say thunderstorms in the area affected a power line running into the ballpark, which caused the problem.
